I'll be interested in your response as well. I have 3 aging Mac Minis that I use as clients for MacPractice that I need to replace.

Charliedoc, I know what you mean about waiting for MacPractice to update for compliance with Lion. But its probably a good wait until they have a handle on it, lest we jeopardize our livelihood :-) That said, no, I haven't yet tried MacPractice on my MBP that's running Lion. However, one of my MacBooks at the office has meant an untimely end to its 4+ year run and I had to purchase a new MacBook. I bought a new MacBook Air with 4GB RAM and 128 GB SSD. It'll arrive later this week and I will try MacPractice out on it. I have my radiographic films on a Windows XP virtualized hard drive running on my Mac Pro in the office via Parallels. That's really why I need that second MacBook- it should work fine in that capacity and if MacPractice crashes, I can use the remaining computers running snow leopard until MacPractice certifies compatibility with Lion. I can give you an update on this topic, later this week. Thanks for the interest, Mark

Have you run MacPractice from your Lion upgraded MBP?
I usually jump on any new updates from Apple, and this wait is killing me?
Still waiting for MacPractice support to give me the go-ahead.
